To check your EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) passbook balance using the Umang app, you can follow these steps:
1-Download and install the Umang app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2-Open the Umang app on your mobile device.
3-Create an account or log in to your existing account.
4-Once you're logged in, you'll see a list of available services. Tap on the "EPFO" option.
5-On the EPFO page, you'll find various services related to your EPF account. Look for the "View Passbook" or "Check Balance" option and tap on it.
6-Enter your EPFO UAN (Universal Account Number) and click on "Get OTP" to receive a one-time password on your registered mobile number.
7-Enter the OTP and click on "Submit" or "Verify."
8-After successful verification, you'll be able to view your EPFO passbook balance on the Umang app.
Please note that to access your EPFO passbook and check the balance, you need to have a registered UAN and link it to your mobile number. Additionally, ensure that your EPF account is active and contributions have been made by your employer.
